DYNAMITE BLUES

Lancashire based Marauders have been together in one form or another since 1981.

Continuous gigging throughout the UK at most of the country's top blues clubs and festivals, has resulted in a demand for support and guest appearances by the Marauders, from such legends as Bo Diddley, Steve Gibbons Band, Climax Blues Band, to name just a few.

The Marauders have been the first act to open many a blues club including: Blackpool’s Kite Club, Fleetwood’s Blues Club, also appearing at the first Burnley and Colne festivals, the Farnham Maltings and many others.

A specially recorded session for the Paul Jones BBC Radio Show ‘Blues On Two' caught the attention of many a discerning listener nationwide, leading to a flood of requests for information and recordings.

In 1988 the Marauders released the 14 track album Red Hot and Rocking’ (Follow link to Music page to hear 2 tracks) which is now available on CD with an extra 5 tracks, 1 hour in total. £5.00 inc. P+P.
